• Product Information: We access your product catalog (SKUs, inventory levels, titles) to enable bulk order functionality and stock checks.
• Customer Information: We access customer tags and groups to enforce B2B wholesale access restrictions as configured by you.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's functionality:

• To process CSV and purchase order uploads into active Shopify carts.
• To enforce customer access rules based on tags.
• To provide real-time inventory checks and product substitutions.
• To communicate with you regarding app updates or support inquiries.

4. Data Retention

We retain your store's information for as long as the App is installed on your Shopify store. Upon uninstallation, all synced product and customer data is securely deleted from our active databases in accordance with Shopify's data retention policies.
